By accessing and using Aceable.site ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. As a startup, we are constantly evolving our services. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.

2. Subscription & Payments

Aceable offers premium subscription plans ("Turbo Pro" and "The Crammer"). Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

• Turbo Pro: Monthly recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time.
• The Crammer: One-time payment for 24-hour access. Non-recurring.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and typically only for technical failures of the Service.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to bypass security measures, reverse engineer the software, or use the Service for illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". Aceable makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aceable or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Aceable's website.
